Meet Mariana Hira
Conscientious, detail-oriented, & strategic
Mariana graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Terrorism Studies from the University of Central Florida. She went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with her Juris Doctor.
While in law school, Mariana earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her Social Justice Lawyering course and received the Excellence Award in recognition of her pro bono service. In addition, she worked as a Racial Justice Research Assistant and participated in the Virgil D. Hawkins Immigration Clinic. She also served as the president of the Caribbean Law Students Association.
Mariana's professional experience spans roles in private practice, nonprofits, and government, where she developed her skills in legal advocacy. Licensed to practice law in Florida, she remains committed to advancing equity and empowering individuals.
In her free time, Mariana enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her playful puppy.
