Mostafa Taha is a law clerk with Alaska Legal Drafting, LLC. He graduated cum laude with distinction in field with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History from Colorado College. Mostafa then attained his Master of Laws in European Social and Business Law from Bocconi University. He then graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. Mostafa has been admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C., since 2022.

Before joining Alaska Legal Drafting, Mostafa previously worked at international law firms in Italy and Egypt and clerked for the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mostafa also worked with an international criminal defense organization, with his focus on facilitating access justice and the provision of holistic legal aid to indigent people in Palestine and Tunisia. 

Mostafa likes to spend his free time playing strategy games, writing poetry, and swimming.
